Terms & Conditions – Payments & Shipping (Dancing Donkeys)

1. Processing Time

• All our products are handmade, and each order is crafted with care.
• Order preparation typically takes 8–10 working days.
• Once manufacturing is complete, dispatch will follow, and delivery will take an additional 3–4 working days.
• In certain cases, handmade products may require extra processing time.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for orders valued at ₹3,000 or below.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size/weight.
• Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days, depending on the courier partner and location.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across India.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
• You can use this ID to monitor your shipment status through our Order Tracking Page.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is required for verification.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
